• Basic technical data our hosting provider records to keep the site secure, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare quotes, place and verify orders, issue invoices and keep business records required by law. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as email delivery, hosting and payment processing, and publishers where needed to fulfil an order you placed. Each receives only what the task requires.

How long we keep it

Inquiries we do not proceed with are deleted within 24 months. Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
