Terms of service

These terms apply to SEO services, content and link building ordered from Sherif House, a trading name of Meridal Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. A written quote or order confirmation from us, together with these terms, forms the agreement.

Orders

Ongoing work follows a written plan or statement of work that you approve. For link building, we propose publishers with their metrics and price. An order is confirmed when you approve a shortlist or send content for a listed publisher. Publisher rules stated in the shortlist, such as topic limits or labels, are part of the order.

Content

You are responsible for content you supply and for having the right to publish it and to link to the target pages. Publishers may edit for style or decline content that breaks their rules; we tell you before any change to the order.

Delivery

An order is delivered when the article is live and we have sent you the URL. We check each link for the agreed target, anchor and attributes before invoicing.

Invoicing and payment

We invoice per order in EUR or USD, payable by bank transfer within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Some publishers require prepayment; this is stated in the quote.

Removed or changed links

If a delivered link is removed or changed, tell us the URL and we will work with the publisher to restore it or agree a fix with you.

Liability

Search engines decide rankings independently, so we do not guarantee rankings or traffic. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
